Keira Armstrong

Over the past few years, I have transitioned from my previous career in public health research and consulting to more hands-on, direct care with families. I love using my skills in deep listening, facilitation, advocacy, and information gathering to help families articulate their values, cultivate their connections, and grow into themselves as parents.

I deeply trust each person's knowledge and instincts during pregnancy, birth, and early parenting, and look forward to talking more about how I can support and feed what you already know!
